Shipping

Parts will be shipped with DHL from Hong Kong.

We are not responsible for delays caused through DHL or customs and we are also not responsible for any customs or VAT/Tax you may possibly have to pay in your country.

We try to ship within three business days.

All parts that can be ordered online are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Please note that we can ship only to physical street addresses no PO boxes.

You will receive a tracking number when shipped.

Cancellation

No cancellation of order is allowed.

Returns

If you like to return your parts you can do that within three days after receipt.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and we have to deduct a 20% cancellation fee.

Parts cannot be accepted for a refund if they have been used or worn.
